This event rocked! The theme, content, and scenic design all worked together to create a commanding and dynamic live experience that kept 5,000 attendees engaged and senior level executives excited and focused.

Knowing we couldn’t present a new conversation in an old style (i.e. crowded PPT slides) we made The New Conversation compelling by paring down visual content to key points. This fresh approach energized our executive presenters and kept the audience focused on the message. Using the best of current technologies, we created the effect of keywords, images, and video flying seamlessly onto a giant curved screen.

The scenic and room design for this event was awesome. Rigging 300’ of screens and scrims (that’s a football field!) in a curve to embrace the audience, we turned a cavernous, cement hall in the Atlanta convention center into an intimate, enticing space for 5,000 people.

New Conversation Stage

Score: The theme, The New Conversation, was the result of listening to our Microsoft client discuss the need to change the way their sales team approach customers and partners. You know you’ve landed on a compelling theme when it’s leveraged beyond the event: The New Conversation was universally adopted throughout EPG, in official communications and everyday conversations.
